Sketchers
Bought a new pair of Sketchers, style 4400 in Dark Brown. I wore them to work this morning and althought my feet feel tired after the walk, they are still very comfortable. Made in italy and the funny thing is the largest size they come in is 12, I tried size 11 and it was too small. Lucky for me a 12 barely fits.
Sad Cars
Lots of problems with cars around me lately, my dads mercedes wouldn’t start one day so he had me look into it. Was a $5 fuse for the glow plugs…. $5 for a fuse, man that’s insane, it’s a small flat thing of metal!
Anyways, after fixing that for him he got rear ended that same day.
Then there is Leeya’s car which the starter took a slow painful death. It finally left her stranded after 3 weeks of acting up. I ended up buying a new starter and replacing it at the ATI parking lot last night.
I really feel bad for Adam, the other day on his way to visit me he rear ended an SUV and banged up his car pretty bad.
No commentsKhanh & Katrina’s Wedding
Weddings are nice, I really like to go to them, more so the banquet than the ceremony, mainly because the day is just too long if you follow the bride and groom around.
I had fun though, lately I haven’t had much opportunity to take photos and I really went all out. Sucks though that my new lens which I had shipped to me via Airborne Express 2-day shipping didn’t arrive, I still don’t have it at this point and it’s like 7 days in transit now grrrr.
2 commentsString of bad luck…
Some people think they are predisposed for bad luck, maybe it’s a bad year or something. I wonder if it’s because they just somehow bring it upon themselves by being “the way they are” I know for me, I have some really bad luck sometimes. Most of it comes from just plain old not paying attention to things. It’s my nature to not go into detail on the little things and whatnot. Lately I’ve noticed though that it’s causing me alot of problems. eh, I’ll just not worry about it.
No commentsXbox
Picked up a new Xbox last night, brand new for $150, can’t complain about that! Now I’m just waiting on a 200GB hard drive and some small chips to start having some real fun.
No commentsThings to do in the bay area…
Maybe it’s just me, but there doesn’t seem like much to do in the bay area. At least things that I find interesting, there seems to be a lack of, I find myself sitting at home alot of the time looking for projects to do.
Last friday me and three other people were watching tv and then decided to go to dinner, not really that exciting, I often times wish there were more things I was interested in doing or things a group of people could enjoy.
No commentsSan Jose Auto Show
Went to the auto show tonight, it was fun, but I am totally out of shape! Or maybe it was because I carried way, way too much stuff with me. I have a feeling I need to research a more comfortable bag for my laptop and photo gear. Its not like you can really leave that kind of stuff in your car or anything.
No commentsTomorrow
I’m not looking forward to tomorrow morning, got an appointment at the Fremont Courthouse to explain why I didn’t come to my other appointment…. I’m not sure how I get myself into these situations.
No commentsUGH!
What a long day… long because it seems like I’ve spent the whole day in meetings or talking on the phone with people. Just no time to sit down and take a short break. I guess it’s okay since I get to leave soon.
It’s been such a long time since I had to have a meeting, just got too used to interacting with the small group of people I spend 8 hours a day with.
No commentsBug fixes
Found my first bug… I had a small typo and all my entries were being made in the first minute of the hour, hehe, next month it would have been the second minute.
